		<description>Now that more people have and are using the Pre the small defect complaints will start coming in. I keep my Pre in the cheap little pouch that comes with the device I hope that will aviod any scratches to the screen. I&#039;ve also found that the ring volume is not loud enough and I still have not been able to change the SMS alert on the device the volume for the alert is also to low. I hope Palm will fix that in future updates.</description>
