I jus got my replacement phone 3 days ago and when I plugged it in the touch part of the screen wouldn&#039;t work till you fucked wit it unpluggin it and unplugging it sever times.. They told me they would send me the pixie or my money back.. Bullshit in my eyes</description>

		<description>I think sprint better get off their stupid A$$es and address these problems properly... I know if my company&#039;s stock were in the 3.00 range like theirs is the last thing I would want is customers jumping ship to verizon or att because sprint is refusing to acknowledge a known issue and do right by the consumers....  this will ultimately hurt sprint when the PRE was supposed to be the savior for sprint.

          I just signed up for  business account and got a new palm pre but my first one is goingback on a personal account for a dead pixels.. I have 30 days to decide if I want to stay with sprint or just abandon ship altogether and go back to a blackberry 8350i on boost mobile.... I guess I&#039;ll have to see how Sprint handles these issues as to whether or not I&#039;ll stay...

		<description>This is exactly what happened to mine. I have had the Pre for 4 months and I am going on my 5th phone. The first one cracked a few days after having it, and the other problems were quickly fixed. This time its cracked exactly like this and Sprint is charging $100 to fix it. I think this is by far the worst phone offered by Sprint, and they should definately do something about it besides continuing to give you the same exact phone.</description>

		<description>I have a crack on my Pre screen that spreaded from the center button to the top. I have not dropped the phone and never understood where the crack came from. I took the phone to sprint on today and they told me it was my fault and would have to file an insurance claim. All the stories i read online seem to be similar where the user had the phone in his pocket and all of a sudden the screen is cracked. I&#039;m finished with the palm pre and will be selling by phone once a file claim online.</description>

Sprint says it will not replace the phone without me having to pay a $100 insurance deductible. I tried to explain to Sprint that as dealers for the Palm Pre, they are responsible to their customers for replacing faulty hardware, but to no avail. I have also explained that I&#039;ve been a customer of theirs for 10 years as well as an advocate for the palm pre up until now. 

Please continue to contact Sprint about this issue so that they will do right by their customers.</description>

Front pocket of my pants and I am a 52 year old network administrator that is so laid back that I wouldn&#039;t bend over to pick up a stray quarter. I feel like a sucker and am awaiting word from Sprint customer service.
