picture-32picture-4There are reviews aplenty on the Internet for both the Palm Pre and the iPhone 3GS, and there are numerous comparisons as well regarding their specs and capabilities. Senior Writer Darren Gladstone of PCWorld went one better by using both the iPhone 3GS and Palm Pre side-by-side for two weeks in the real world, then reports on both the good and bad of each device and how they compare. Lo and behold, Mr. Gladstone chooses the Pre over the iPhone 3GS. Give the article a read to find out why.

funny how all those iphone owners who read that article complain that iphones better in a way no one other than other iphone owners can understand.

I was torn between these 2 phones, but as it turns out i wont have to choose ill get both :)

my personal phone is a sprint instinct, witch i will upgrade to the pre once they get visual voicemail

but im gonna be getting an ATT phone from work, and im going with the Iphone 3gs

mainly im going to use my sprint as a “home” phone, gps system, for family who also have sprint, so i can wait for the visual voice mail to come, my instinct does this perfectly and its small enough to not be intrusive, plus it awesome that it came with 2 batteries, and its hacked for tethering

the iphone will be my everyday phone, most of my friends and coworkers have ATT, i love the safari browser, and the ipod side of it, plus all the cool games and apps

  4. I love Google Voice. There SMS feature actually got me into it. I can send out free text messages to Bangladesh, India, and USA. It saves me good money on my texting program from Verizon Wireless because I can utilize that to send now. I think Google always does a solid job of giving users what they want and need. I have heard in the future they are incorporating Voice with the Android. Plus they purchased a new VoIP company which they will integrate with the other two to give some excellent features. I need to get me a Androind now haha.
