The Apple Sues Palm thread

Want to start a thread regarding the legal bout between Apple and Pre. It has been rumored that Apple's IP is being infringed upon. Lets list the articles that state Palm did not in fact infringe upon Apple's IP.

By the sounds of it, Apple actually has a few patents that infringe upon other's patents that were considerably earlier, but to do this whole thread is somewhat of a moot point as I'm sure the lawyers that work for Palm have already done an excellent job of finding the only things Apple could try to throw in their face and prepared for any possible legal action.

I try to leave the lawyer work to the lawyers, they do it better. :)
